He has advised companies across financial services, chemicals, hospitals, QSRs, e-commerce, fintech, hospitality, and retail. He has contributed to policy initiatives, assisted NGOs, mentored promoters, served on company boards, and participated in committees of the Indian Law Association.

Bhavin Gada is a Founding and Senior Partner at Stratage Law Partners, with over 20 years of experience advising clients on investment transactions, M&A, dispute management, and corporate dispute resolution.

A significant part of his practice is devoted to complex commercial and corporate disputes — particularly those arising alongside ongoing business relationships, regulatory oversight, or transactional activity.
